If you are ill at home, or live in sheltered accomodation or a care home, and can’t get to Church – we will come to you!
The vicar or one of the Lay Ministers will visit you each month to offer friendship, a short communion service and a listening ear.
If you are taking the difficult step of moving into residential care, please let us know so that we can invite you to share in our ministry and assure you that, wherever you are, the family of God does not forget you.
We regularly visit Heversham House Residential Care Home and Plumtree Hall Retirement Home to take Holy Communion to some of the people who live there.
If you would like to receive Holy Communion at home, send an email message to Linda Cooper, Reader.
